1. How can I order the custom made box?

Please contact us for the detail box you need, and we will check all the detail with you, such as the design, material, quantity, packing requirement, transport and others. After all is confirmed, we will send you the invoice for your checking. And we can start the order when we get the deposit.


2. Do you offer the design service?

Yes. We have design department which is doing this thing, and you can contact us about your requirement or send your sample to us for reference. Once we confirm the it, we will do the artwork and send the jpg file for checking, and you can adjust it if need.


3. Can you proof sample for checking?

Yes. This is a normal way for checking the sample before doing mass production, and customer can check the color, material, structure and others from sample. If there is something wrong, we can adjust it and avoid do wrong item on mass production.


4. Can you arrange the shipment for us?

Yes. We always help our customer to arrange the shipment, and please inform us your port(if sea shipping) or your address(air shipping or express).


5. How we pay the cost to your company?

Usually use T/T, Paypal for the payment.


6. If the item is not good when we get, what should we do? 

We have quality control team to ensure the goods is on good quality, if you get the item something wrong, please contact us ASAP, and we will give you a solution. Our after sales team is always here!
